Devlog Entry #5: Real Talk.

Listen up, everyone.

We've had it. Enough is enough.

We've been working day and night to fix the issues with "Dev Burnout Simulator 2024." We've listened to your complaints, we've read your feedback, and we've done everything in our power to address the problems you've pointed out. But it seems like no matter what we do, it's never good enough for some of you.

We get it, okay? The game isn't perfect. It's got bugs, it's got glitches, and it's got problems. But you know what? So does every other game out there. Game development is hard. It's messy. It's chaotic. And sometimes, despite our best efforts, things go wrong.

But instead of offering support, understanding, or constructive criticism, some of you have resorted to attacking us personally. You've hurled insults, you've made threats, and you've crossed lines that should never be crossed. And quite frankly, we're sick of it.

We're not robots. We're not soulless corporations. We're human beings with feelings, with families, and with lives outside of this game. And the way some of you have been treating us is downright disgusting.

So here's the deal: if you can't be bothered to act like a decent human being, then maybe it's time for you to find another game to play. We don't need your toxicity here. We don't want it. And we won't tolerate it any longer.

For those of you who have stuck by us, who have offered words of encouragement, and who have shown us kindness and support during this difficult time, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. You are the reason we do what we do, and we are endlessly grateful for your unwavering loyalty.

To everyone else, consider this your wake-up call. We're done playing nice. From here on out, it's zero tolerance for toxicity. Shape up or ship out.

That's all we have to say.

-The "Dev Burnout Simulator 2024" Development Team
